Polyamide (Nylon)

Sakata 3D PA-NT is a Nylon filament without reinforcement, highly transparent, and with excellent chemical, thermal, and mechanical properties. It has very low moisture absorption compared to other commercial grades and low shrinkage, which allows for the creation of parts with high dimensional stability. Its good adhesion to the bed makes printing easy and prevents the appearance of warping. It does not require the use of hardened steel nozzles. Ideal for a wide variety of industrial applications with high mechanical and/or thermal requirements.

PA-CF15

Polyamide (Nylon) with 15% carbon fiber

The SAKATA 3D PA-CF15 (Nylon) filament consists of a copolyamide reinforced with 15% carbon fiber and thermally stabilized. It has high rigidity and excellent mechanical, chemical, and thermal properties. It offers very good layer adhesion and low shrinkage during printing. Ideal for industrial and engineering applications.

PA-GF20-FR

Polyamide (Nylon) with 20% fiberglass and flame retardant

The SAKATA 3D PA-GF20-FR (Nylon) filament consists of a copolyamide (Nylon) reinforced with 20% fiberglass and thermally stabilized. Specifically developed for industrial applications, this material includes a flame retardant additive that gives it a V-2 flammability rating according to UL94. The fiberglass reinforcement provides better dimensional stability and significantly reduces shrinkage and warping. It has excellent mechanical and thermal properties (HDT of 180ºC). It can be easily printed on enclosed printers.
